Being a first time homebuyer - After having Chase as a realtor, closing on a house, and now reading over his reviews; I could not agree more with them. A few things that stuck out to me in his reviews with my experience - being extremely responsive, patient, easy process, communication, being adaptive. However, I did not just want to reiterate what is in his prior reviews. A few things I feel that Chase need to be recognized for - If you could humor me for a paragraph - If I were to ever have kids and when were to reach their teenage years; I would make them work in some sort of retail industry, mainly for the sake learning how to communicate with all sorts of personalities, how to deal with unrealistic/unreasonable demands from a client/customer, etc... After feeling-out a couple realtors prior to Chase, I felt I connected with him the best because I could sense hes experienced with this and knows how to adapt to each client. My career is in the data/analytics industry; however, I have worked closely with sales teams for over a decade. Understanding that the dynamics of a realtor and direct sales can differ quite a bit, I feel a critical component of a successful transaction/interaction is a true discovery of client needs. Chase had done that extremely well. The questions he asked were conforming on a level I understood (since I'm not in the real estate industry and new to all the concepts) and he did not need a long-winded response from me in order for him to understand what I was looking for - On an interpersonal level; Chase was able to pick up on the style of house I was looking for without me blatantly describing every detail. Chase is not the type of realtor who rests on his laurels; he put in true effort making sure I was comfortable and understood everything about home buying. One final thing that put him over the top that I wasnt expecting; hes checked-in and followed up after the Close. Looking back on it, I couldnt have asked for a smoother process, if you are trying to decide on a realtor; I cannot expressed to you how much I would go with Chase.

Chase did an outstanding job helping me locate the perfect home. His knowledge of real estate in the area helped me determine the best scenario for buying. I couldnt have asked for an easier process and what is typically a difficult task. I would highly recommend Chase to any potential buyers or sellers. He goes above and beyond any expectations that I couldve ever anticipated. I was very fortunate to land such a knowledgeable and helpful real estate agent. The five star rating above is not sufficient for the help that I got. I would recommend 10stars.

My mom and I are new to Fort Myers and were living in an apartment for about a year, still unfamiliar with the area as we were from Naples. We haven't bought a property since the early 1990s, so we're unknowledgeable about the market and what to expect. We honestly don't think we would have been able to purchase a home without a realtor as the market has changed drastically since then. Chase helped us out tremendously become more familiar with the area and finding a good home. He worked with my mom's full-time schedule and need for late showings; was very quick in making appointments for showing, and knowledgeable about the area and what areas to avoid. He helped reassure us and make the proper moves to obtain the property we wanted, as it was on high-demand for showing -- we were lucky to be the first to see it. We were stoked that we were able to get it! Thank you for your help Chase!

Chase is a young rockstar. I've purchased about thirty properties over my years and can tell you that I've never needed and appreciated the attention to detail that I received from Chase. He did more than answer my questions. He was there with information before I knew I needed it. This was a tricky one for me and for him it seemed to be a breeze. Chase , he is so professional and helpful real estate agent . my experience with him as 1st time buying rental home in fort Myers is my best decision ever and really appreciated all his hard work and coordination as everything going smooth and easy closing . Really recommending if someone looking for any property in fort Myer ( Florida ) as the reliable partner :)
