This was my first time buying a house and had no clue what to do or who to contact to get the process started. From day one Bryan put me in touch with everyone I needed to and made my life easier and made me feel comfortable.I was very picky in what I was looking for which didn't make his job any easier in a crazy market. We'd look at house after house and when I'd get discouraged he'd keep a positive attitude which kept me going. I'd text Bryan early in the morning and would always get a quick response. His knowledge of contracts and putting in the best offer that would work for me was quite impressive.I would highly recommend Bryan for his knowledge, professionalism, good attitude, resources, and friendship.I was in a difficult situation and he did everything necessary to get me into my perfect house!

After consulting with other real estate contacts, I met with Bryan, a business networking contact, to solicit his advice and generally serve as a barometer against the recommendations I had been given. At the time, I was not intending to use him as a listing agent; however, he left me with an absolutely remarkable positive impression. He followed up our meeting with a property report and pricing guidance, all efforts that were not warranted but quite helpful.Once I decided to list with Bryan, I was far from disappointed. He was extremely responsive, to the point actually that I stopped emailing him in the evening and weekends with non-urgent questions because he would immediately respond and I didn't like the idea of taking him away from his family time.
