Jessica was really wonderful to work with. This is the first home we have sold and had a lot of questions, but Jessica was incredibly patient and always available to answer our questions despite our time difference. She explained everything clearly and provided advice whenever we asked. We moved out of state shortly after listing and Jessica really helped us with finding a contractor, making sure our home was ready for showings, and more.

Jessica sold our home back in July. She was amazing to work with. She was very committed to the sale of our home and knowledgeable. Jessica was great . I feel we were a difficult client because my wife and I had a very specific home in mind and I was here working in North Carolina , while my wife was in Florida . Jessica spent almost every weekend , and sometimes weekdays , with me looking at house after house for nearly 4 months , knowing what we were interested in and keeping within our budget and finally found the one . She was also with me all the way through our closing , contacted the home inspector for me , and basically helped with every step of the home buying process . Jessica was amazing!! We are out of state buyers and she worked with us to find our home and helped every step of the way. She would do video tours when we couldnt come into town and was always available if we needed her. She worked with our mortgage broker and lawyers to make the process as seamless as possible. As a first time home buyer, Jessica was everything I could have hoped for. She was super helpful and patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed to find something when I kept turning up my nose at houses.
