My experience with Terri Wilson and Mammoth Village Properties was above expectations. Unfortunately I have dealt with other real estate agents who were only concerned with making a deal, any deal which would ensure them a commission, rather than concern for my needs. Terri Wilson was a refreshing change. There was never any pressure, she always answered my questions timely and honestly, and navigated the process skillfully such that I never experienced anxiety or had any second thoughts, as I knew she had my best interest at heart. From selecting which property was best for me to negotiating a price and guiding me through to closure she made the process of acquiring a second Mammoth home enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend that anyone even considering the possibility of owning something in Mammoth Lakes call and talk with Terri.

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Terri Wilson.My husband and I were looking for a vacation home in Mammoth we met a couple of realtors but we really didn't feel comfortable.Terri, truly has the best interest of her clients in mind. She is patient and never pushes her clients to make choices just to get a deal done. We found a fantastic townhouse within our price range and all of the amenities that I wanted and with her guidance, an offer was made and Terri made the process seem like a piece of cake. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. I can't thank her enough.
