Kathy is an awesome realtor! When she first arrived at my home to give me suggestions on getting it market ready, I have to admit I was a bit nervous. As we went from room to room, she took notes and made suggestions. A lot of notes. But, she didnt make me feel like I had to do everything on the list. She was real with me. Kathy sold my home for above asking price on the same day it hit the market. I believe this happened because Kathy goes above and beyond to help her clients and knows the market well and priced the house right. Again, shes awesome!
