My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Majors Realty. Paul Illguth was who sold us our home. We trusted our realtor to guide us honestly through the home-buying process, but instead we felt misled and taken advantage of. Key details about the actual cost of the purchase were not clearly disclosed to us until it was too late to make informed decisions. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a stressful and costly situation. We expected transparency, integrity, and professional communication, but those standards were not met. I would strongly caution others to be extremely careful and to double-check every document and number when working with this group.
