Working with Anne-Marie on the sale and purchase of our new home was absolutely incredible! Her deep knowledge, unwavering support, and genuine heart made all the difference in helping us secure our dream home. She connected us with all the right peopleaEUR"from inspectors to lendersaEUR"and was right there with us every step of the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Anne-MarieaEUR"we couldn't have done it without you!

Melissa is a top seller because she is driven to give her clients the BEST experience possible. She is knowledgeable and direct, using her expertise to guide us through every step of the sales process. She was available anytime we had questions. I wholeheartedly trusted her though this process because she is thorough and calculated. Melissa helped us when no one could be home and the dog needed to be out of the way for showings, she even chased that crazy mutt down because the dog got out. I would not hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone buying or selling a home. My only regret is that I will now be out of state, and would love to have her represent me when the time comes to buy or sell again! Not many professionals can get five star ratings, and without hesitation I give her the max amount of stars! Melissa will tirelessly work for you and give you the VIP treatment. Thank you Melissa for all the encouragement and reassurance throughout this process. We are so glad we went with you to sell our home! (Btw, our home soles in three days-Vance magic? I think so!);)

Melissa Vance is hands down the best realtor Ive worked with. She is kind, honest, and truly goes above and beyond. With her, the details matter. When I found my dream home, the market was extremely competitive. I didnt have much hope that the house wouldnt be scooped up by a higher bidder. Melissas expertise in and understanding of real estate, the market, funding, etc. and her diligence throughout the process was grounding. I will always trust her for real estate advice and she will be my realtor for life.

Anne-Marie and Rob have gone way beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to have them on our team as our real estate agents. They helped us figure out what we truly wanted and did everything they could to make it happen.

Anne-Marie is the best realtor weve ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, not only about buying and selling homes but also about property management. She really listened to what we wanted and needed and always kept our budget in mind. Her advice about the house was very helpful, and the whole process felt smooth and easy thanks to her. Her husband Rob was wonderful as well and helped us work through many of our concerns. They both put in a lot of time and effort for us, and we could tell they truly care about their clients. They are genuine, honest, and very easy to work with. We highly recommend working with Anne-Marie!
