He was the perfect realtor for first time homebuyers like my husband and I. He has a construction background and was incredibly knowledgeable about houses and was able to point out things we should take into consideration and give us a lot of information in each house we saw. We walked away from every house feeling like we knew what major issues we might be up against if we bought it, saving us time and money making offers and getting inspections on places where we would have been out of our depth. If you want a realtor who is willing to jump down into a (scary) crawlspace to look around for you, Brandon is your guy. Throughout the process he was always willing to take the extra time to explain the reasoning and procedure behind what was going on so we never felt like we were in the dark or not understanding the home buying process. He was very patient and kind but also willing to give it to us straight which was really valuable as we made decisions. I never got the feeling that he cared more about the commission or sale than us getting the right home for us. He was also just fun to work with and had a great sense of humor.
