I just closed on my very first house, as of Thursday, 12/13/18!! Thanks to Brandon, I learned so much during my entire home-buying process!! I first learned of Brandon through my sister, who has also been house-hunting herself! I called Brandon and left a voicemail; it was merely moments later, and he was already returning my call! During our conversation, he was able to recommend a specific Lender for me, to suit my needs! Once I got off the phone with Brandon, it wasn't very long, and that lending company called me! I got a fairly quick pre-approvaI, and in no time, scheduled my first house viewings with Brandon for 08/01/2018! I gave him my list of MLS #s, and he got the dates & times scheduled in a timely fashion! Brandon was very prompt to every viewing, being very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He sure knew his "stuff," in any aspect of questions I had for him! Definitely a wealth of information! After a couple weeks or so of looking at houses, I stumbled upon a foreclosed house online, that I REALLY liked! I did a drive-by, checking out the exterior of the house for myself, to determine if it was something that I wanted to pursue or not. When I made the decision that I wanted to go for it, I told Brandon right away. He was up front and honest, and told me that foreclosures can be a lengthy, frustrating process, but that it was definitely doable. I still expressed my interest on viewing the inside of the house, so he made the viewing happen for me. Upon seeing the house, I came to like it even more, and instantly had my heart set on continuing to pursue this house! Brandon supported me and my decision, and walked me through the entire foreclosure/bidding process. We bid on the house, and Brandon kept me informed every step of the way, right through to us finding out that my bid was the winning one! Not only was it a foreclosure, but it was one that needed some renovation work.--I already knew this up front. Brandon offered anything from helpful contact information for local contractors that he knew of, to various different Inspectors, for different aspects of work and expertise. There were countless times that I went to Maine Source Realty, as a means of faxing documents out, once the paperwork process began. Not only was Brandon extremely helpful through it all, but so was Janice at the front desk. Brandon did nothing short of going above and beyond any/all expectations I had of what the role of a Realtor truly was. I hit a few bumps in the road along the way (nothing at the fault of Brandon), and as a result, we needed to file for several extensions. But Brandon was right on top of things each time! He let me know just what I needed to do, to continue to move the process forward each time. I am extremely thankful and grateful that I had Brandon as my Realtor! He had my back from day one, supporting any ideas and decisions I had, as well as helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel, each time we ran into a roadblock! He knew I really wanted this house, so he did anything and everything that he possibly could, within his knowledge and power. I cannot think of another, better realtor I would recommend, because Brandon surpassed all my hopes and expectations, and as a result, he played a huge role in making this amazing dream come true!! He is a very honest man, and knows exactly what to look for in houses, paying close attention to detail. It was great being able to pick his brain, always knowing I could get a straight-forward, very helpful, informative response each time! My family and I have been super impressed with Brandon since day one of us working together! We cannot recommend Brandon enough. He was a pleasure to work with while we were searching for our home here in Maine. Brandon went above and beyond what we anticipated in a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about homes and made sure to point out things that we would want to take into consideration with each home that we looked at with him. He was super patient and answered all of our questions and concerns with in a timely manner. We were very fortunate to stumble upon him. Our house hunt was a bit of a challenge because we where living in another State while trying to find another home. Brandon was very accommodating and would take time out of his weekends to meet with us to see different properties. He even offered to go to a couple of homes and do a video walk through showing if we were unable to be there in person. Very professional, very detailed and over all a excellent realtor to work with!
