Adam Parent was our realtor when we bought and sold our most recent homes. Hes the best realtor Ive ever worked with and Ive bought and sold several houses across the country. Hes personable, patient, knowledgeable, and goes way past the call of duty in helping with things that need to be done when you sell or buy a house. As just a few of many examples, Adam fixed an inoperable smoke detector in the house and replaced batteries in a thermostat. He showed up before every showing to make sure the house had all the lights on and to light up the fireplace. He always made the house look perfect for every showing. Hes very receptive and always made sure we were covered if he happened to be out of the office. He promptly answered every question we had aEUR" but if he didnt know the answer, hed do some research and get back to us with the answer aEUR" and we always felt he had our back. Hes a no-pressure realtor, which is hard to find in this day and age, and hes always open to discussion about all our concerns and options.
