As soon as I expressed interest in the given property, she contacted me immediately. She was very interactive with me and my family and always available every step of the way. She recommended various local contacts so that I was able to quickly get several issues resolved. Not only that many of the people that we dealt with (ie mortgage lender, sellers real estate agent, etc) spoke very highly of both Esther and her husband Maurice. It was always a pleasure talking to her, asking advice, and I have to say she went above and beyond. Our experience with her was 5-star and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in that area. The process was seamless and being long distance, Esther made it easy and was determined to help us achieve a dream of owning a house on a lake. Couldn't be more pleased. Being that we couldn't move right away, she was also instrumental in helping us find a wonderful tenant for the property we now own, so I have piece of mind knowing that someone is there to watch over the property.
