My wife and I decided we were ready to buy a home. This was our first purchase and we weren't sure of all the details. We had done some reading but we knew we needed a professional. We came across Alexis on Zillow while browsing homes. We were glad we did. We made multiple house tours, even some on short notice and she was always available each time we called. While touring homes, little things we didn't notice, she brought to our attention, e.g. a house with settling issues. One look at the foyer and she pointed it out and we turned back. Eventually, we settled for a home that met all our desires and she helped us throughout the purchase from dropping an offer to closing. We had to travel out of state during the closing period and she helped as much as possible locally. Anyone who intends buying a house in the Austin Area, We would gladly recommend Alexis.
