Magnolia Realty Round Rock

Sarah is fantastic! She was very patient with us as we looked for the perfect home. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. When it came to closing time every party we worked with from the title company and the lender to the inspectors praised Sarah and the Magnolia Realty team as being the best group they work with. Sarah cared about us and our family. Thanks Sarah!

Working with Sarah was a great experience. She is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Sarah made everything easy to understand and were always available to answer questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you Sarah!

Best in the business! Super knowledgeable and helps with so much more than just the buy/sale of a home. She was able to work around our needs and help us make the best decision for our family not just "show" us a property and open doors.

Sarah was amazing to work with facilitating our daughter buying her first home recently. We live in New Jersey and were assisting our daughter in her search from afar, so needed to find someone who had endless knowledge and could help our daughter navigate the process from start to finish, but also was available to patiently explain progress and details to our daughter and us to make good decisions. Sarah is a delight to work with and could not have been more responsive, often providing updates after hours, weekends, holidays. Thanks to Sarah for being a pleasure to work with and finding the dream home for our daughter, and seamlessly managing contracts, inspections, negotiations, and providing spot-on recommendations every step of the way to get the deal done. We highly recommend Sarah and will be working with her as we consider a move from New Jersey to the awesomeness of Texas. For anything from a first home to a mansion, Sarah is the person we would recommend for the incredible service, broad expertise, network of resources and relationships and being pleasure to work with.

My wife and I highly recommend working with Sarah! We bought our first home toward the end of 2021, when the market was very intense and transactions were moving at a very quick pace. As first-time buyers, we came into the process with very little knowledge, but Sarah guided us seamlessly throughout the whole process and was very patient with our questions and did a good job of informing us on things we wouldnt have know to ask about. She is incredibly organized, responsive, and truly listens to what you are looking for. Her deep knowledge of real estate and market trends throughout the greater Austin area was very valuable. Also, she is well-connected and introduced us to great local vendors, including a solid lender. She made a high-stress process smooth and successful. If you get the opportunity to work with Sarah, youll be very glad!
