M3 Realty

Ben gave us the perfect experience buying and selling our homes. We enjoyed working with him so much the first time in 2016 that when we got ready to buy and sell in 2024, we knew we needed to work with him again! The absolute best thing about Ben is that he keeps your family's needs at the forefront. When we considered settling or taking a risk on a home, he convinced us otherwise. We never felt any pressure to purchase something that did not fit our needs or budget. When we finally found the house we wanted, he worked tirelessly to make sure we got it. He cannot be beat in his knowledge, availability, patience or work ethic! Look no further for buying or selling!

Ben was great to work with and helped us through every step of the home sale process. I would highly recommend him! We got a great offer on the sale of our home, and we couldn't have done it without him!

Ben is hands down the best realtor around! We've used him twice and referred many of our friends to him. Don't even think twice, call them right now! He's so flexible and ready to talk to you like a real person, and not just a client.

Ben was awesome! He helped my wife and I find our new home. More importantly, he gave me solid support and suggestions for improving my home to get the most out of selling my home.... which I dragged out for a year. Ben was there for answers to my questions the whole time! Highly recommended!

Ben helped us find the perfect home and was extremely flexible with our schedule, always making time when we needed it. Ben was responsive, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent.
