My husband and I cannot recommend M3 Realty, and specifically Ben Mullikin, enough! Ben responded to our initial request within 5 hours and set-up a consultation soon after where he walked us through each step of the house buying process. Once we started looking for houses, Ben made sure to put the good, the bad, and ugly of every single house. This also made us more educated on what to look for specifically when looking at pictures/on tours. We toured probably over 35 homes and put in a total of 4 different competitive offers before we finally got our house. He made sure to keep us protected while writing our offer. Ben continued supporting us through the process once we got the accepted offer and offered different ideas once the appraisal came in lower than our offer price. We are so happy with the house we ultimately got. Ben is also a very cool guy who makes the very stressful process not as bad :)

Ben is hands down the best realtor around! We've used him twice and referred many of our friends to him. Don't even think twice, call them right now! He's so flexible and ready to talk to you like a real person, and not just a client.
