Steven Bloom made selling my mother-in-law's house after she passed away easy. He made us feel at ease with the whole process. We recommend him for people in the Greater Sacramento area. Steven helped us schedule appointments for things like cleaning and repairs and was there to meet the workers so we didn't have to be! Since we didn't live in the house at the time this was a blessing and time saver. Also, he worked very hard to get our house through escrow when it looked like the whole deal might fall through. He was always polite and professional. Almost forgot, he also helped us by setting us up with his professional staging connection who helped us get our house looking great so we could get top dollar! I cant say enough good things about our experience working with Steven. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy our first home.
