Luxury Realty Outer Banks

Jessie is AMAZING. I will never use another realtor again. This is my second time using Jessie to purchase a home and each time she kicked butt!!! She is so knowledgeable on so many aspects of the home buying process. I would have been lost without her. Her experience, knowledge, and expertise are so invaluable. She worked tirelessly on our behalf. She takes care of business!!! You will not be disappointed using her. She delivers time and time again. Thank you Jessie for being there for us all hours of the day and being willing to go the distance to find us the perfect home. You are amazing!

Nancys attention to detail is beyond 5 star. Additionally, her communication is fantastic. We were fully informed after each showing with good, bad or indifferent comments. Once we were under contract, Nancy made sure that every piece of the transaction was being taken care of as planned. She made sure the survey, appraisal, title work, etc. were all taken care of to help make the closing process as smooth as possible. The only way to make this process better was if Nancy had added moving services in as well. There is no doubt we listed and sold with one of the very best agents in the area.

I am from Washington State and I was considering purchasing a home in Houston. I can?t thank Nancy enough for spending so much time w me and showing me the homes there and spending time with the actual owners and having lunch with her. I came home to Washington and because of her experience and expertise I decided I was going to make a purchase. Thankfully as things transpired I didn?t get a chance to purchase but if I do purchase a home in Texas as a vacation home, Nancy will be my first call. Thank you for your devotion to me and finding me a home there that was perfect. I look forward to my future purchase as a vacation home.

Jessica always went above and beyond in her professionalism. Her attention to detail was amazing and she truly listened to us. We never felt rushed and she always had a great selection of homes lined up for us to see when we came down. She worked harder than any other real estate agent we have ever dealt with to help us find our forever home. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and laser focused on the most current market conditions. She?s honest, dependable and tremendously driven to provide her clients with the best real estate experience and customer service possible. I would highly recommend Jessica Arnett for any type of real estate needs you may have in the OBX area.

Nancy is the perfect combination of highly professional, thoughtful and kind. She takes care of details before you realize they?re needed. She communicates clearly every step of the way with all parties involved. We would return to her for any real estate needs again & again.
