Finally purchased an amazing property after working with Nancy for over 18 months. Since day one Nancy has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. Our experience began back in 2019 where I had inquired on a foreclosure which Nancy happen to be the listing agent for the home. After deciding to pursue with submitting an offer we ended up waiting roughly 10 months only to find out the seller had legal issues that were pending. During the 10 months Nancy was always making sure to keep me updated on any new developments no matter how small. After waiting for so long I finally decided to retract my offer and keep Nancy as my agent. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Nancy would provide daily listings of properties that closely matched those needs/wants and even provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. Most important to me personally, Nancy was always honest about what she thought about each property and was always available and helpful. We felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she is still keeping tabs on us to make sure we are continuing to have a great home buying experience. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely seek out Nancy again to both sell our home and find a new one.

Above and beyond! Nancy is by far the best agent we have ever worked with! Being new to the area, Nancy was extremely helpful and patient with us as we decided what area we wanted! She was very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods that we were looking in and always made sure that all of our questions got answered. Even as we narrowed down the areas, she always continued to offer feedback, make suggestions and look into things that we were unsure of. Nancy was always quick to respond to our calls, texts and emails even if they were after "typical" business hours! As closing date approached, Nancy made sure that we were aware of what was happening and that we were comfortable with the steps. Every question that was asked, was met with respect and genuine care! Nancy made the whole process a pleasure and as smooth as possible. Even after the closing, she continues to check and make sure that we are happy with and comfortable with our new place! We cannot recommend Nancy enough!
