In 2017 I was looking to buy a house, I can?t begin to express how much work it took me to even get to that point. Now I needed an agent, that?s when Joe Snell was at my service. Given the reputation salesman have I was worried who he would be looking out for, his paycheck or me. Putting my trust in Joe was the best thing I could have done. He looked showed me at least 6 houses before I found the house that I could picture myself in. He was patient, I felt I wasn?t a high ticket customer on many occasions apologized for how picky I was being. He said ? Don?t ever apologize, this is going to be the house you will possibly spend the rest of your life in, money is not my concern, finding you what makes you happy is.? I don?t normally hear that from people. I?m glad that the biggest transaction I?ve ever made was with someone who genuinely cares, works hard and isn?t trying to sell me anything, more so guide me to what I was looking for. I could write a book if I was detailing every moment. Just know that if and when I buy again, Joey will be my only option. If you haven?t dealt with Joey in the past I definitely recommend reaching out to him when you need an agent. Be careful he may end up being your only agent forever. ??
