LUXE Realty Group with RE/MAX Executive

Chaz was very responsive and got us in to see homes quickly! He is knowledgeable about home repairs and maintenance. He was extremely helpful in the home buying process and suggesting actions based on our best interests! Would definitely recommend him!

If there were 10 stars I would give 11. Top notch service from beginning to end. Nancy was there to guide us through the entire process. Her expertise of the Lake Norman market was invaluable. If you are looking for a realtor that has amazing customer service look no further!

Chaz was extremely patient with us from start to finish. He was always available to answer any random question that we thought of during the process. He was an amazing agent and we couldn't recommend him highly enough if you are looking to buy a house. Nancy took great care of us and helped us get our house listed and sold very quickly. The entire company went above and beyond to help us through the process.

Nancy knew exactly what we were looking for and found the perfect house for us. She helped us through out the whole process and was a life saver during our closing/signing. We learned that we were given the wrong amount for the closing cost by the mortgage company, right when we were about to sign the papers. Nancy quickly resolved the problem by following us to our bank, told us to request aEURoecounter checksaEUR?, aEURoecashier checkaEUR? would have been more expensive, took the check back to the lawyers office and picked up the keys for us. This gave us a chance to eat and relax. Her assistant then met us at our new house to deliver our keys.

My wife and I could not be happier! We were so impressed with our home buying experience with Nancy! She made, what is sometimes a very stressful event, easy and effortless. I would highly recommend her for your next move or sale!
