Not only were our photos professionally done along with the added videography to market our home was another key element to get buyers to really see what they can have, not only with the home but also with the surrounding area of where they would be living. The feedback and provided updates were so appreciated and always done in a timely manner. This is so important. Dennis made sure we understood the process along with him knowing what our needs and wants were during the transaction and expressed those while negotiating on our behalf. There are other homes for sale in our community which were the same layout and exterior design and have been sitting for some time. But Dennis and his approach and expertise to selling a home made OUR home sell faster than any other home in the community 21 days. Let me just say the other homes in our previous community that are still sitting for sale. Not only did he sell our home, but he also sold our sons home in the same short period of time. I believe it's how you market your home and choosing the right person to do that is key. It's not just sending out postcards or placing pictures in a magazine. It takes work, and dedication to the sellers along with ingenious advertising that attracts the right buyer and Dennis has that.
