She also has the best contacts and referrals, whether they be buyers, sellers, landlords, auctioneers, or brokers. She gets absolutely things done. She provides incredible value and service. Her reputation is second to none. Other realtors unfortunately pale in comparison. Her record and ranking speaks for itself. No wonder she is #1.

My daughter has known Lisa over 20 years. Lisa helped me find a beautiful condo in a very hard to get into neighborhood. Her knowledge of Lancaster real estate is impressive. Most realtors would stop contact with you after your settlement. Lisa was also crucial in helping me sell my home in DE. Even though she wasnt my realtor in DE, she checked in constantly with me and my realtors there, offering advice and making sure everything went smoothly. She wouldnt rest until both settlements were completed. I absolutely love my condo in PA, and I never could have done it without her. Lisa is the absolute best!

The real estate team of Jenn Shufran and Julia Kocher is top notch! During the summer of 2024, my wife and I interviewed four different real estate agents in our area. Each one seemed pretty good, and we were positive that we had our best person picked. We had one more agent to meet and that was Jenn Shufran. Our original meeting with Jenn had to get rescheduled. At that point, we felt that we already had our top agent picked out, but decided to go ahead and interview Jenn anyway, mostly out of courtesy to her. Well, Jenn showed up with her working partner, Julia Kocher. My first impression was that these two ladies looked and acted like true professionals. When they sat down at our table and met with my wife and me, Jenn and Julia were very attentive to our questions, concerns, etc. and offered us some valuable information and advice. What impressed me the most at that first meeting was Jenn's knowledge and experience with our local real estate market and her attention to detail. Julia's familiarity with marketing and advertising really appealed to us as well as her comfort in using social media to get the word out about our house being for sale. Each lady in this team complemented the other with their various skill sets with the ultimate goal of getting our house the most exposure in the most appealing manner. After meeting Jenn and Julia, my wife and I were blown away! We made an immediate choice to go with them as our agents and I believe that we made the call the very next day! Through the entire process, Jenn and Julia were extremely helpful with all of their recommendations, tips, advice, and just general information. Anytime that we needed to reach them, they were always responsive, whether by text message, email, or phone. We never had to wait very long for a response from either or both of the ladies. When it came time for staging our house for showings, Jenn did an extensive, detailed walk through the house with my wife and me. She gave us valuable suggestions on what to do, what not to do, things to remove from some rooms, where to arrange items, etc. Jenn was tough on us as to what needed to be done, but we took her advice to heart and we feel that it really paid off! Jenn was a great liaison between us and the couple who was buying our house as the communication had to go through their agent. Jenn was with is each step of the way through the closing, even catching a last minute glitch that seemed minor but was actually quite critical. In a nutshell, my wife and I could not have been any happier with our house selling experience, thanks to all of the hard work and diligence of Jenn Shufran and Julia Kocher. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the central Pennsylvania area that is considering selling their house!

I would agree, Julia is knowledgeable, patient and makes the difficult, manageable. Our relocation from Allentown took a twist mid-way. Originally, we were retiring and intended to relocate to the extended State College area. It had been awhile since we ventured into home buying but Julia put us at ease and helped us get re-acquainted in a no non-sense way. She was thoughtful in helping us match our wants, location, and walk thru feedback to support our relocation timing. Julia was responsive to communications and always available if we had even the simplest of questions. Then the twist... An opportunity for another career shifted our relocation from self-directed to corporate-based and to a different location (greater Harrisburg area). We felt so comfortable with Julia and impressed with her demonstrated commitment we asked if she could continue to be our buying agent for the corporate move, to which she agreed and had gotten approval. Though it was a bit out of her service area, service did not diminish. She was dedicated to our success.
