We have worked with Sara Van Allen a couple of times now and are very happy with her professionalism and her work ethic. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. You will be 100% satisfied just like us!!

Shannon and her team did an amazing job selling our house within a week, and well over asking price. You will be in good hands selling your house with Shannon!

Linda was great to work with when finding/purchasing a home. She had the daunting task of being our eyes as we were unable to view properties in person prior to buying. She often times travelled quite a ways to do virtual showings - sending thorough videos of homes and neighborhoods. This really helped alleviate the concerns we were having about buying from states away. Once we did find a home, there were many repairs that needed to be coordinated with the seller. She was on site for all of the repairs, even the ones that were completed after closing. Closing was also a breeze... in/out in less than 15 minutes.

Chandra is a joy to work with! She cares for her clients as though they are family. Highly recommend Chandra's expertise!
