From the get-go, Jessica was in it to win it. The concierge service she provides is unmatched, in my experience (this is the third house weve sold in the last 6 years). She starts off with questionnaires to learn more about you, discusses those and purposes to flip any negative scripts in addition to purposing to meet your aEURoelove languagesaEUR? for lack of a better phrase. Her goal is to provide her service in a way that YOU work best with. I just really appreciated all of that about her! And she did just that! Moreover, Jessica has an amazing team at her agency as well as an amazing team of vendors who I sincerely thank for making this all possible. Fast forward - Because of her expertness, we had a solid offer after just nine days on the market! And to make it even better, she talked them up to several thousand over-asking! It was AMAZING! Alas, we had quite a few surprises during this process but Jessica was always quick to problem solve and come up with solutions to work over any hurdle we came across. Further, I was a hot mess to work with and she just wouldnt quit me! (I cooled down to more of a room-temp mess after a bit. Haha!) She worked and worked and got us that second SOLID offer and here we are. Finally closed on this house. Jessica was such a fantastic person to work with and if we were still buying or selling in Connecticut, we would always choose her. I know that she is constantly educating herself to be top notch in the industry and I know her clients are her priority. With all of the crap we had to go through to get my house sold, she did so with dignity, professionalism, grace and kindness. I could not recommend her more. Jessica - thank you. Thank you for taking us on, for continuing with us even among all of the surprises and my inability to not freak out (haha), and for selling our house! Youre the best! ??
