Review James is a fabulous real estate agent! You could not be in better hands! He is very responsive, patient, and professional. We saw a listing online that looked like a good fit for us. We called the number in the listing, and we were lucky enough to be put in touch with James within minutes. He lead us through about 10 showings. He was always thoroughly prepared, not at all pushy, and very patient. We put in two offers that we lost to higher bidders, but his upbeat nature combined with his knowledge of the market kept us going. Both times we lost a house he insisted that there was something better out there and that we would find it. He was absolutely right! Because of his hard work and encouragement, we found a house that was perfect for us in every way. We cannot thank him enough for his help and his total commitment to working with us. The team handled everything through closing, which allowed us to move across the country before the buyers even signed. Review I met Jessica a year ago. I knew after our visit that I only wanted her to sell my house. I year later I contacted her and I was finally ready. She told me exactly what to do. She had a remarkable stager come in and completely transformed my house. YesaEUR| there were things I didnt want to do. It meant additional work I wasnt expecting. Well when the house went live on the market we had 20 people the first weekend. Two contracts and she was able to sell the house for $24000 over the listing price. Review Excellent professional, knowledgeable, courteous and intelligent person. I have met across very few intelligent professionals like Jessica. I recommend her without any reservations for any kind of real- estate dealings. I have a rental property and it was planned to put on rent at the beginning of January 2024. I randomly picked a realtor from google and called the particular realty. She picked up the phone promptly and scheduled the visit. With in two days all matters were settled and I signed with her. With in no time (a couple of days) she arranged the professional photographers of the company and my property was on line, both pictures as well as videos. She scheduled about five visits for property showings strictly under my guidelines and eventually we selected a family. One best thing about Jessica is that, I never had to repeat anything . She is very smart and uses the modern technology to create some positive vibes in the whole process. It took only one month to settle all the deal.

Review Right from the start I communicated with Jessica through email while getting my mother?s house to market (as an estate sale) I felt comfortable with her and I am glad she represented me. She responded in a timely manner to each email and text. When the deal with the first buyer fell apart she worked hard to find another buyer.
