We met Tracy completely by chance after requesting a showing on Zillow, and looking back, we feel incredibly lucky that we did. After seeing over 20 homes, she paid attention to every reaction we had and helped guide us toward the right decision. When it came time to negotiate, Tracy was incredible. Her knowledge of the market and the buying process gave us so much confidence because she always knew how to position our offers strategically while still protecting our best interests. She had the right wording, the right timing, and always kept our long-term goals in mind. She made sure we stayed focused on what mattered most to us: finding a VA-friendly home, getting closing costs covered, keeping HOA and CDD fees low, having a huge backyard for our dogs, extra space, and a covered pool. Somehow, we got it all. She also brought such a thoughtful personal touch to the process. On long days of touring homes, she brought water and snacks, and as someone who is diabetic, Ill never forget how often she checked in to make sure I was okay. We close on our first home in two weeks, and when we look back on this entire process, we feel incredibly grateful. Tracy made one of the biggest decisions of our lives feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Shes knowledgeable, strategic, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. Most importantly, shes someone we fully trust, and well absolutely work with her again in the future.

Tracy did a great job of coordinating a home purchase even though we were out of state most of the time. She is conscientious, kind, trustworthy and intelligent. We highly recommend you work with her.

Shelly was so nice and met us each time we need to see the house and answered emails and phone calls promptly. Shellly had knowledge of the market and was not overbearing or harassing at all to try to show other houses than what we requested.

We came back to Shelly after she helped us purchase our home to help us sell it. She really knew what she was doing and helped us not only get a great deal but went above and beyond to help facilitate the obligations the buyer needed to meet to close the contract.
