He helped us get reasonably priced contractors to help us prep the home and even took care of getting a cleaner out so it was ready to be listed. The market was changing as we listed, so it took a little longer than expected; however, we got the home under contract within the 1st month. Unfortunately, the first buyers backed out due to the home inspection, and Tein guided us through coming back on the market properly and getting multiple offers. Tein was able to get the buyer to buy the home as-is and with an info-only inspection, with the exception of repairs we were already working on from the first inspection.We got a little less that list price; however, we got the amount we were looking for. Tracy you're awesome, as a first time home buyer I was a little nervous to say the least but, I wanted to get back in the market looking for a new home, I was lucky enough to get Tracy . I told her what I was looking for and she got back to me with very nice properties and also gave me a couple more options to take a look at, She was able to show me the properties on a Sunday with very short notice.
