Reeka Christmann was an absolute delight to work with in purchasing our home in Sanford. She is a resourceful, approachable, thorough, available, knowledgable realtor who is trustworthy in representing her client. I have never had a more positive experience from any other realtor & would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor!

Reeka made buying my first home a breeze! She and her team were there every step of the way to talk me through all my options and offer decision making guidance. If you're buying a home in the triangle, Reeka is a great resource and comes highly recommended!

Reeka is so knowledgable, goes above and beyond to find you the perfect home. Is very attentive and such a good listener but also very honest. I am so glad we trusted her expertise. Highly recommend using her.

As an out of state buyer on a short timeline to find a home, I needed an agent with deep expertise in the area and patience for my newcomer questions. Reeka was always kind, patient and responsive to my texts and emails. She helped me navigate the area without any pressure and researched several properties for my consideration. Having worked with many agents over the years, I can say with confidence that Reeka is exceptional. She doesnt just send an endless list of listings for you to decipher. She guides you through them based on your needs. And shes a passionate advocate. When negotiating, she doesnt simply pass paperwork, she brings poise, strategy and intelligence. I am a happy buyer and highly recommend Reeka.
