LPT Realty

Hands down the best realtor ever! I cant say enough good things about Monica. From the very beginning, she made the whole process feel so much less stressful than I imagined it would be. She listened to what we wanted, actually heard us, and worked hard to find the perfect home. When challenges came up aEUR" like navigating the roof permit situation aEUR" she didnt just tell us what to do, she walked us through every step, made the calls, and made sure we had all the right information to keep things moving. I never felt left in the dark, and she always answered my questions (even the late-night ones). And I had A LOT of questions haha What really stood out to me was how much she cared. It never felt like we were just another client aEUR" she treated us like friends, fought for us when it mattered, negotiated the best price for us with confidence and success, and celebrated with us when things went right. We are so happy with our new home, and I honestly dont think it would have happened without Monica. If you want someone whos smart, patient, honest, and truly on your side, she is the one to call. Shes no longer just our realtor, she a life-long friend. Love her

Monica was very professional and kind, polite and available any time I needed to asked something!!! I really appreciate her! I normally prefer a Spanish speaking person but with I didnt mind because she was very clear an again very professional and patient with me. I had a lot problems but she helped sorting through! If I ever need a realtor in the future I will call Monica without hesitation!!!

Monica was great. Very knowledgeable about the home buying process. She's intense but made us feel like she had our best interest in mind. From showings to closing day she made sure to be present and always gave us plenty of time to weigh our options without being pushy. She made a very ugly process feel easy and flow efficiently.

Monica did outstanding job assisting us with the porches of our house. Monica extremely knowledgeable always knows what to ask and how to present. Monica only work for Client and for Client.

Monica was incredible to work with from start to finish. She made the entire moving and home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free, which is no small feat. Thanks to her strong network and excellent negotiation skills, we ended up saving a significant amount of money along the way. What really stood out was her dedication to finding the right home for our family. I still cant believe the deal she was able to secure for usaEUR"it truly feels like we landed our dream home. I highly recommend Monica to anyone relocating to the Tampa area or looking for a knowledgeable, reliable realtor who genuinely looks out for your best interests.
