Chris was fantastic to work with as first-time homebuyers in La Mesa, CA. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and was always professional, punctual, and responsive. We especially appreciated his honesty about what was realistic within our budget and his patience throughout the process. Chris made buying our first home feel much less overwhelming, and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor.

Quick to respond! Willing to go the extra mile! Knows his stuff! We could not be more satisfied with our experience with Chris. He was patient with us as we learned the process, taught us along the way, and swooped in like a REALTOR SUPER HERO just at the right moment to secure for us the La Mesa house of our dreams! We now have the home we prayed, our forever home, because Chris guided us through multiple offers and he even supported us after the fact with advice and ideas about the house. If you want someone who will be REAL with you and lock down a DEAL, go with Chris Melingonis. We could not be happier, salut!

Nereida was extremely wonderful to work with. We went into this process thinking it would be extremely stressful based on comments from acquaintances. However, after our initial consultation with Nereida, we knew that it wouldn't be as stressful. She made sure to take note of everything that was important to us, particularly focusing on the location we wanted to be in. My biggest concern and what posed for me the least excitement, was facing the fact that we may not be able to afford a home in the city we wanted to live in, with all the specifications we required. Nereida, kept me positive each step of the way reassuring me she was doing her best in finding us the perfect home, every day she would send new listing in the city of our preference and send us the ones she felt fit our needs. We only looked at homes for 2 weeks, when she found the ONE, this was THE HOME!! She made sure it checked off everything we needed and required, down to us not even having to change our kids from school. After submitting our offer, she made the whole process very smooth, keeping us informed of all that we needed to know, and making sure all we had to do was sign when needed. The day came when we signed closing documents, and she made the most beautiful "Welcome Home" celebration for us when she handed us the key to our DREAM HOME!

Chris went above and beyond helping my wife and me navigate our home search from out of state. We were focused on La Mesa, but Chris showed us homes across a broader area while we were in town, giving us a much better feel for the different neighborhoods. We ended up with a beautiful home on Mt. Helix. Chris knows the city well and all the ins and outs of the buying process, he fought for us every step of the way, ensuring a great deal while looking out for our interests. Thanks, Chris!
