LOVE Land and Home Inc

Jason is an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond throughout my property purchase. He is professional, friendly, and responsive, always ensuring I was well-informed. His dedication to securing the best deal and his commitment to my interests were immediately obvious. Jason helped make the entire buying process a very positive experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent realtor.

We feel so lucky that we got matched to Sarah through Zillow. We knew next to NOTHING about the home buying process (it was our first home), and Sarah was beyond patient with our questions and guiding us through the experience. She was a great listener and very thoughtful about our specific situation, taking into account our hopes and desires while also nudging us in directions that were best-suited for us. One of the many reasons we so appreciate Sarah is her ethical center: there was never a hint of shady business and she was honest and transparent throughout. She also went to bat for us in several instances where the seller/sellers agent miscommunicated or didnt deliver on a promise. In the end, we are so, SO happy with our first home and thrilled that Sarah was the one to help us cross the finish line. We cant recommend her highly enough and hope shes still working in town when were ready to move again someday down the line!

Jason was a fun agent to work with. He was both helpful and knowledgeable. We were interested in homes in a very wide area, and because he listened carefully to what we were looking for, he was able to help us narrow our search and find the right property. He was also able to explain how the process now works, as there have been many since the last time we purchased a home many years ago. Jason truly made what could have been a very stressful situation much more enjoyable!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jason on a recent transaction, where he represented the buyers and we represented the seller. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. He was incredibly easy to work withaEUR"responsive, professional, and consistently on top of every detail. We'd be happy to work with him again in the future!

Sarah was great to work with! She?s quick to respond to calls, texts and emails. The entire process was so easy and Sarah walked me through everything. Also very genuine and never felt ?salesy?.
