She has been absolutely amazing!! We our first time buyers and this whole process was completely new to us she has taken a great deal of her time to go over every detail with us. She is super kind and really cares about her clients and their understanding. She handles everything! And does such a great job with it all. I would highly recommend Lori Bonnell as a realtor. She did an excellent job going to bat for us as buyers. She worked hard at making sure the inspections went well, even had her own bug guy come in and inspect which led to having the whole house sprayed again. She also negotiated around some sticking points over repairs that were needed at the house. Lori is my hero for getting us a fair price and making sure the necessary repairs were done.
