We got low interest, more home value at a low mortgage price that included all the insurance and property tax. 352,000 home, 2000 mortgage payment. With the prices of apartments and or paying someone else's mortgage, maybe consider a new home. I'm a disabled veteran and very happy and excited to have my own home. The ownership of this company strongly emphasizes good, quality, and timely communications. Unfortunately, this only happens with Jeff Morris and Charles Olinger. They are awesome. However, when it came to elevating about a concern of the bottom line figure calculation brought directly to owner Tyler Lopez attention, he never directly responded to me. In addition, in the negotiation/closing stage, the Realty company is already telling the potential buyer of what vendor I was using to replace an AC unit without me even finalizing the vendor. This advanced notification affected my ability to find another competitive vendor. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome but the owner is nowhere involved even when a complaint is brought directly to his attention. I ended up not making my bottom line by $2K.
