Selling my house was a stressful time for me. I had never sold a house before and had been dealing with another agent from a different agency for over 6 months, it was a terrible experience. Tanya has very good knowledge and connections in the areas and community in Northern Virginia. She is very attentive and a great listener. She exceeded my expectations and I am in love with my new home. Tanya made me feel like a part of her family and I have found a forever friend in her. I had such a wonderful experience working with Tanya. She is amazing at what she does. Tanya is the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I am super picky and she had patience with me until we found our house. She is dedicated, driven, responsive and will always have your back. We had a last minute hiccup with the appraisal coming in lower and the builder sales representative was already insinuating that they most likely wouldnt budge and we would have to walk from the entire deal. Tanya wrote an email and sent it out to the builder representatives. I believe it was due to her email that the builder gave in and lowered the price to the appraisal price. She is a very kind hearted person and will always do whats best for her clients. In addition, she actually cares about her clients and doesnt try to push them into a more expensive home. Ive heard stories of other people being pressured by their realtors to get a house thats more expensive and out of their budget. Tanya was not like this at all. She respected the fact that we had a price point we couldnt go over and that we also couldnt participate in the ridiculous bidding wars that were going on. She always has her clients best interest at heart. I loved working with her and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Tanya is nothing short of excellent. She was a wonderful support and advocate for us during the process of buying our first home. Responsiveness and professionalism was exceptional. We highly recommend.
