We cant say enough about the exceptional level of service and attention to detail that Dave provided to us during the process of listing and selling our home in Silver Spring. We wanted to go with a local agent who knew the area and could find no one more qualified than Dave and the Savercool Team. They know the local market inside and out because they also live locally. Because we were looking to buy a home before selling our current home, we had contacted Dave over a year before we listed our house. He completely understood our situation and provided timely updates as the year progressed. When we did find our new home, he was ready in a moments notice with comps to set the listing price, as well as, guide us through the sales process and disclosure preparation. He provided recommendations to get the house ready for sale, and had professional photographs and a 3D tour created for the house. Once the house was listed, he kept us informed every step of the way, and provided us with detailed offer summaries to assist us in selecting the right buyer. After we accepted the winning offer, Dave continued providing sound recommendations, and guided us through the sellers part of the closing process. After more than forty happy years in our home in the North Springbrook neighborhood, it was time to relocate out of state. And as we were nearing the date to put the house on the market, he wrote an accurate and inviting description of our home and property. He arranged for incredibly tasteful staging which emphasized its beauty and spaciousness without overdoing it.
