Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc

Sue was very prepared throughout the entire process. At our first meeting she had the market analysis ready to show current pricing and estimated time frames. She was responsive to our questions and she was prepared with an extensive list when it came to helping us find vendors for the minor repairs we needed to make. She gave constructive input and I feel looked out for our interests. Sue was a pleasure to work with!

Not only this wonderful lady is a very close family friend but she is the best realtor out there. She really listens to what you want and makes dreams come true. Trust me you wont be disappointed! Thank you Sue!

The house I owned had been rented and aEURoemanagedaEUR? by a property management company that failed on so many levels. I decided to sell and contacted Sue. She is AMAZING! I currently live in another state and I am going through treatment and surgeries for breast cancer while all this is going on. She helped get me in touch with contractors and landscapers, so the house was back to its beautiful self. Sue really went above and beyond coordinating everything. I can not say enough good things about her. She was always very prompt in responding, honest, and had my best interests in mind. An absolute angel.

Sue Goodwin helped us to negotiate the stressful process of both buying and selling a home. She was consistently kind, patient and professional. Sue has a knowledge of the area that only a "local" can have. We highly recommend Sue Goodwin.

We moved twice in a 5 year time period and Sue was our agent for the buying and selling each time. Sue was always responsive, knowledgeable and patiently worked with us until we found the perfect home. Because we were down-sizing the second time, the search was trying but Sue remained persistent and after the deal falling through 2 times (good grief!) we ended up in the house we fell in love with - the ONLY one we fell in love with. I highly recommend Sue and the entire Long & Foster Team. We gave a perfect rating on each of the categories above because we have no complaints to speak of. I'm sure there are many great agents out there but not for us - SUE GOODWIN is our gal.
