I found Maribeth through a video she posted about Prairie Creek Park as I was interested in buying there. Maribeth helped give me detailed insight into PCP that would have been difficult to find from a realtor who didn't know the area. She was very responsive when I need questions, and was always patient with me while I worked my way picking out a property that I liked. I have done several real estate transactions at this point, and not all have been as fluid as this one. Maribeth made the process incredibly easy and we will always come back to her for the next transaction!

First of all the selling of this condo was very emotional because it belonged to my mom who passed away at only 65. I didn't want to sell it but needed to for financial reasons and get out of debt from all the bills of her passing. So Maribeth was first of all very sensitive to that fact that this was an emotional sale and also one where I would only sell for a price I deemed fair. She did amazingly well working with the buyers broker and in the end we worked out a fair deal to help both of us. The buyer was a first time homeowner so I was happy to be selling this condo to someone who was going to appreciate it as much as I did emotionally. She also we worked out a deal to allow the new homeowner to have a turn key condo that we completely redid and in turn get me a price that would help get me out of debt. So emotional yes, but I'm glad I had a realtor who understood while heartily how hard this process was for me and she is now also a friend. This will not be the last time I use Maribeth as a realtor and her name and number has also been handed out to a few friends who will be selling and buying in the near future.
