Long & Foster Lake Gaston

Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. The negotiation was more complex than we expected due to the condition of the house but we are happy with the price we paid.

Stephanie was amazing she worked with us not just in Virginia but answered all of our questions that she could for her area in North carolina. She was patient and looked for what we wanted versus being pushy just to make a sale. I would work with Stephanie at any point in the future when we go to look for land for our farm. Again Stephanie is amazing. Not just as a representative of Long and Foster but more importantly as a person.

Stephanie went well above what any real estate agent Ive ever dealt with. I lived out of town she took multiple trips to the property to check measurements for me. She also coordinated the seller and their maintenance guy to meet me at the property after closing to explain the different systems in a camper. She made the whole process simple. She explained everything in great detail. Even after closing she has made herself available for any questions I have had. She knows the neighborhood very well and knows the rules and regulations in that neighborhood. She also had important information on services in and around the community. Pointing me in the correct direction to set up new services

Stephanie did a great job. She showed me the places I was interested in, helped me negotiate the deal I wanted and then helped me to find things in my new neighborhood once I was moved in. I have already recommended her to a good friend.

Stephanie was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. She made buying a home a very easy process for us. She made sure the entire transaction from beginning to end was pleasant for both the buyers and the sellers.
