Wow. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am to have had Betsy throughout my home-buying process. I met Betsy when I was 38 weeks pregnant and aggressively looking for a home. She knew how motivated my husband and I were to have our own home, as weve been living with my parents. She made sure that we were promptly aware of new listings and she was willing to show us homes whenever it was convenient for us- no matter the time or the day. She really advocated for us to allow us to find the PERFECT home. My husband and I put in an offer on a house when I was about two weeks postpartum. Obviously, it was a very stressful time just having a baby, and on top of that, the stress of buying a house. However, Betsy tried to make this process as stress-free as possible. For example, our well in our new home required a special treatment that needed in-person attendance. Betsy came by with her husband to get things set up for us to take the load off my husband and I, knowing that we had a newborn baby to care for. When some minor issues with our home came up during the home inspection and the walk-through, Betsy was right there to make sure these issues were rectified as soon as possible. All in all, Betsy has become a friend to us during this process and we are entirely grateful for all shes done. She even gave us a nice gift to enjoy when we closed on our home. Betsy is a savvy, tenacious, and outstanding professional who is an exceptional guide though a complicated housing market. She advocated for our needs and interests and got us into a house we thought was out of reach, and she made the entire home buying process incredibly smooth. She also strategized to help us sell our original house very quickly and effectively. We really appreciated that Betsy was so responsive, easy to reach, and willing to lend us an ear any time of day. Even though she is undoubtably very busy, we always felt like we were her only clients and we had her full attention.
