Long & Foster

Maxim Gripass did an AMAZING job with my home sale in Baltimore City. Not only did I get more than expected, but he got it sold fast too and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I also worked with Maxim for my rental at the same time, and he got me tons of applicants and a tenant very fast. I will be working with Maxim Gripass in the future!

Working with Maxim Gripass was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, and beyond. Maxim is highly knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and because of that I will absolutely be recommending him to my friends and family, and work with him again when its time to buy/sell again. Maxims market knowledge is impeccable!

Maxim did an amazing job helping me and the wifey purchase our first home in Columbia. It's true what they say: Maxim is by far the best REALTOR in Maryland!
