We really enjoyed working with Nicole to find a house that was just what we were looking for. It was clear from the beginning that Nicole was a good listener and ?got? what we were looking for. As we were coming from another state, she patiently worked around our schedule to show us homes that fit our requirements, without showing us ones that didn?t. She was very responsive, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable about the current market. Nicole has a way of making you feel that you are top priority. We never felt rushed and we are thankful for all the time she dedicated to us. We are not new to home buying but Nicole has a keen eye and pointed out features in each home that we somehow missed. Her input was a valuable asset that we very much appreciated. When we found the right house for us, Nicole worked hard to get the inspection issues covered and she protected us at every turn. Although she is sweet and kind, she also knows the power of skillful negotiation. She navigated the complexities of the quick settlement we needed and that was no small task! Nicole Fauver knows this area well, was able to point out things of interest to us and was able to make recommendations for local contractors. This was a major bonus as we learn the area. We highly recommend Nicole Fauver!

The best word I can think of to describe Nicole Fauvers work as our Realtor in the sale of my mothers home is Awesome! From her initial advice on staging and preparation, to managing offers and counter offers, to her handling of the minor glitches that came up during the closing process, Nicole exceeded our expectations every time. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Nicole that I wanted to recognize her for her exceptional role as my realtor.
