I had a fantastic time working with Drew Setzer from The Strum Group. I met Drew originally in 2018 when he reached out about some homes that had sold in the neighborhood. While I wasnt ready to sell at the time, his approach and demeanor immediately put me at ease. He continued to follow up over the next two years and answered all of my many questions around the logistics of selling a house. When we were ready to sell, Drew provided really helpful guides and information on how to prepare the house for the market - early enough that we were able to do a lot of prep work well in advance. A big part of our success in selling the house was how supportive Drew was every step of the way. His contacts in home maintenance were awesome. All of the carpets were replaced in less than a week with really awesome quality and value. He recommended a stager who totally transformed the place and really allowed the house to show to prospective buyers above and beyond expectations. He ensured we had professional photographs for the listing and turned everything around incredibly quickly. We ultimately received 12+ offers and sold the house $35k over asking price with great terms. It was only on the market for a weekend. We ended up closing a week earlier than expected (in just about 3 weeks!) with every step along the way very smooth and easy. Drew had great attention to detail and the personal touch of knowing he would be there made me feel confident and secure despite all the stresses that go into buying/selling houses. I am VERY happy to recommend Drew for any real estate transactions!
