Long and Foster Real Estate

Meghan has helped us with three different properties. Each time she has been spot on. She is quick to respond to questions and always keeps you up to date on the next step in the process. If you are looking to buy or sell a property there is none better than Meghan!

From start to finish my experience with Meghan Oliver Clarkson was outstanding. She initially met me at my property and reviewed the home and grounds. She answered all of my questions and provided pre-listing information via email about the selling process. She provided people and phone numbers of who could help me do final preparations to make the home ready for sale. She did her due diligence in price setting where no comps were found in the area and provided me with three suggested prices and advised on which was best. The write-up of the description of the property was spot-on and made the property desirable to potential buyers. Communication from initial meeting through final settlement was timely and outstanding. The whole process with Meghan was proactive and smooth and made the selling process very easy for me.

Meghan was excellent to work with, she's professional, personable, a great and timely communicator, and knows her stuff. She helped make a sale happen of a very difficult property. I'm very happy to have chosen her, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

We cannot thank Meghan Oliver Clarkson enough for helping us find our new home. After living in our previous home for 20 years, the transition felt like a major milestone, and Meghan handled it with such care and patience. She truly listened to what we were looking for and made the entire buying process seamless. We are so grateful for Meghans expertise. If youre looking for the best in the business, look no further. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, thoughtful agent.

Meghan is a top notch professional. She handled the sale of our Chincoteague home with professionalism and integrity. She is a pleasure to work with and she really made the whole experience a good one. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
