Long and Foster Real Estate

Cynthia has helped me buy 4 houses over the years. She knows what shes doing at all times, and makes it look easy. I couldnt ask for a better agent. In a word, Cynthia is stellar.

Maripat sold our home and helped us purchase our new home- we had quite a few requirements for our new home and Maripat stuck with us through this very difficult market and finally we found a home that met all of our requirements and was within our budget- Thank you Maripat!

Cynthia worked with us to find this home when we moved to PA 6 years ago. It was a dream home. She was so great to work with when we purchased, that when it was time to sell, we immediately called her. She advised us wisely on pricing, timing, and negotiating. The sale happened quickly and we were very pleased with the result. She made it easy !

Jamie was great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. In such a competitive market, she helped us close on the first house we loved and put an offer on. Would definitely recommend working with Jamie!
