Sarah was our realtor when we purchased our beach house several years ago. There was no question that we would use her again when we sold it recently. While the transaction was not without its hiccups, Sarah was the consummate professional every step of the way. She is always an advocate for her client but also tells you what she thinks is reasonable and fair and has a good sense of the market at any given time. I would be remiss if I did not mention her extraordinary interpersonal skills, whether she is dealing with clients, home inspectors, vendors, or other realtors. Her good relationships with everyone in the local real estate community is valuable for her but also for her clients. I have recommended her to friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I have known Sarah for nearly 25 years, having bought a number of Bethany Beach properties in the early 2000s where Sarah represented me. I've become active in the Bethany Beach market again and engaged Sarah to represent me on a recent purchase. Sarah is a great communicator, understands the buy/sell game, and completely checks all the basics boxes you'd want in an agent. That's basic stuff. What Sarah brings is a whole other level of competence and expertise. Sarah is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Bethany Beach market, Sarah understands better than anyone the details of owning a specific property in various areas of the market and what a particular buyer should consider as they think about a specific property (i.e., potential added costs/expenses, restrictions on improvements, possible resale issues, types of buyers in a specific area, etc.). She takes the intimate knowledge she has, applies that to her search for potential properties, and then advises you in detail on all the positives and negatives of a potential property. Sarah then adds to that a capability that I believe many agents lack - she LISTENS, I mean REALLY LISTENS to what your priorities are (size, location, age, price, etc.) and then continues to remind you of them during the search entire process. It really is a custom, professional approach, one that I would suspect most of her competitors are NOT delivering to their clients. Sarah is all about the client and NOT the sale. You can really sense her drive to deliver for you. She's a real pro.

Sarah did an amazing job in the sale of our Sea Colony property this spring. She researched the optimal sales price, staged our home for great listing photos and wound up getting us our all-cash offer in less than two weeks. Sarah knows the Bethany Beach market and the realtors who sell there. We were out of state owners and had so many questions. She was patient and professional.
