What a pleasure it was to have Jeannie Miller of Long & Foster work with us to sell our home in Annapolis. She knows Annapolis well, which is a great asset when selling a house. She was very in tune with the amenities offered in our neighborhood, as well as the house values in the area. She provided good advice on what buyers would be looking for, and how to prepare our house for show. More importantly, she was so responsive to anything we needed help with, no matter how big or how small, or what time of day. She talked us through the entire settlement, so that we always understood what was coming next. The entire selling process, from first meeting all the way through settlement, went smoothly with her competence. We are already working with Jeannie on buying our next home!
