I have worked with many realtors, over the years. I have to say Scott is an an exceptional real estate agent! He did a thorough evaluation of our home. He did an exceptional job in marketing using signs, professional photographs and open house. We secured offers the first day and ultimately sold for over list price. Scott also assisted us in buying another home. He was able to provide us with referrals to remodeling contractors. Most importantly, Scott was always available for us. He was prompt in responding to text and phone calls. He is truly an extraordinary agent and a really wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs!

#1 YES, Ms. Kristin Price is who I recommend y'all if you are looking a home in the Madera & Merced county area.

In any real estate transaction, things can be smooth or complicated. It takes experience, focus, and creativity to navigate buyers and sellers to the end of a process, which is close of escrow. We were fortunate to have Kristin on our team. She led the charge professionally and closed the deal in a time that worked for all parties. We're so grateful for all she did and for making Moms dream come true. ?

Kristin Price is a true professional. She always goes above to make her clients first! I have worked with Kristin for years and she has always done a fantastic job. Cool under pressure and always very strategic about navigating a real estate transaction. Highly recommended by Vault Mortgage Lending

Kristin will work with you to make your home buying desire a reality. Kristin is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kristin was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that she would exceptionally get the job done - and she did! A ++ agent!
