London Foster Realty

Damaris did an outstanding job and went over her responsibilities in ensuring that we had our needs met numerous times during the day. She kept is informed step by step in not only the sale of the home but also belong is address the HOA in their requirements so we could close on time as projected . We never felt alone or without any questions unanswered . We are both seniors and have dealt with at least four mortgagors and team estate agents and never had anyone as expeditious as Damaris. She always responded immediately and help ton address even items like the HOA not under her jurisdiction She is a mover and shaker and I will recommend her as an agent to anyone that inquires. Kudos to her outstanding skills & work ethics ! So very happy to have met her !

She started out fine, responsive and courteous. But once the contract with her was signed everything changed. She wouldnt respond, if I made a request I would get a aEURoeNoaEUR? from her rather than talk with the owner or condo association. Up front I told her that timeframe was very important to me, Her lack of knowledge delayed the closing. I was about to back out of the contract because of her. While the closing was delayed, I requested that I be granted access ahead of the closing, she said it was aEURoeimpossible.aEUR? I have since spoken with the condo association president (now my neighbor) who said neither the condo association nor the owner would have objected had she just asked. I wanted the condo in Trust, but the contract was made to my personal name. Then she left to Cuba and was incomunicado without leaving anyone who knew anything about my closing. I have bought and sold six properties before. Some with VA loans, some aEURoecondo conversionsaEUR? some jumbo loans, some conventional. I have never had this much push back from a realtor. It was like she was my adversary rather than my realtor.. BTW, this was an all cash waive inspection deal. Should have been the easiest deal Ive ever done. I picked the condo, I just needed someone to open it for me. I regret using her.

Damaris was wonderful with communicating with me. She kept the price in wanted to pay important to her. In all i learned a lot from this experience. Thanks again for everything
