She worked with me to a create a list of work that needed to be done, provided me with a list of cost-effective contractors to do the work and gave me lots of good advice on the final look that the house needed in order to be appealing to buyers. One day she came by the house with paint samples and brushed them onto a wall so that we could see how they looked. She helped me hang a new light fixture and install a new microwave oven. The house soon went from "possibly distressed" to a being showpiece. Then Mary got us a full asking price offer within two days of the house being put on the market. Even then she continued to work with me, getting the various contract contingencies satisfied and even, the morning of the closing, searching the house for anything I might have forgotten and helping me load the last of my things into my car. I cannot praise Mary Wisker highly enough. She did an amazing, full-service job in selling my house.
