LoKation Real Estate

Donna did an outstanding job from the beginning with the appraisal and listing of my home, the negotiation and closing. She was always available to answer my questions. She is very professional and friendly, and wonderful to work with. Because she priced my home correctly, it was under contract in a week and closed early.

Donna did the unthinkable, and was able to unload my property in Florida before the markets imploded. She knows the markets well and was able to give me a good price for my home. She sold the house within a week, and the stress and 16 elephants were off my back and shoulders.

My experience with Donna exceeded expectations once again. Every step of the process went smoothly, efficiently and stress-free. The last house I listed with her sold in 2 days. She truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Donna Lang to anyone seeking a top-tier real estate professional.

Donna has always exceeded all of my expectations. She helped us find a property, then listed and sold my moms house, helped my mother find another home, and sold a home to our close family friend. Selling and listing a property can be overwhelming, but Donnas clear and consistent communication makes the entire process stress-free. She went above and beyond with negotiating a price for our purchase that I never thought would be possible. When she sold my mothers home she ensured that every room showed perfectly and it sold after 4 days. And, because of her hard work and excellent pricing strategy, we were able to get a phenomenal price . Donna is not only a great realtor , she is kind, caring , and looks out for your best interest always whether buying or selling . I just recently sold a home on the west coast with another realtor and was reminded of just how wonderful Donna is. We actually called Donna several times during this process and even though this was not her listing, she was more happy to answer any questions we had and offered great advice as we went through the process. We will recommend Donna time and time again!

Donna has been fantastic helping me navigate the Real Estate market in the Volusia Cty area. She helped us find our dream home and helped us sell due to health issues. She communicated through out the process and keep us in the loop with what to expect and when. The other thing about Donna is she is not flashy and fancy, she is just Donna and that is enough! She will take care of you like family.
