LoKation Real Estate

Denise Gabbard listed our manufactured home and within one month, she had a full contract!! We have recommended her to some of our friends. She was very helpful and always got back with us in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable concerning manufactured home sales.

Denise has constantly helped me in finding the best opportunities in town. She is always willing to do that extra mile in order to make things happen.

It has been a pleasure working with Denise. She has helped me quickly and smoothly purchase a home and is continuing to help me with the process. Thank you very much!

very responsive, kind, on top of things, highly recommend, she helped us to find 2 properties, both we bought, she is very familiar with the North Fort Myers area, from knowing locations to HOA fees, Lot rents...etc

Denise responded to my inquiry for a listing agent immediately; she suggested a higher price--- and got it--- and was professional, competent, kind, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
