LoKation real Estate

Igor was a tremendous help to our family during the sale of my parents condo. Michigan is quite a distance from Florida, but Igor made it easy. He handled all aspects of the sale, protected our interest, and gave us great advice. Igor is a great guy, easy to work with, and someone you can trust. I highly recommend him.

We had a wonderful experience working with them while finding our new home in Hollywood, Florida. They were always patient, supportive, and went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. They treated us like friends, gave us confidence, and made a stressful experience much easier. We truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring real estate professional.

Professionalism & communication Julia is an exceptional sales representative. She is all about her client ensuring we were getting what we wanted and what would work with our finances she went above and beyond to make sure the closing was done in time. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience working with Julia and cant recommend her highly enough. She first helped us find our rental, and more recently helped us purchase our condo in Miami Beach. Both times we were in competitive situations, and her experience, guidance, and attention to detail made a real difference in helping us get the home we wanted. Julia is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Throughout the purchase process, she was always available to answer our many questions, helped us navigate every step of the transaction, and made sure we understood our options without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt that she was looking out for our interests. After working with her through two successful transactions, we have a tremendous amount of trust in Julia and wouldnt hesitate to work with her again for any future real estate needs. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent agent in Miami!
